My story
🌿 For the Mum Who wants to feel calmer, more present and in control🌿
You’re not broken. You’re overwhelmed — and you’re not alone.
You might look like you’ve got it all together.
You show up to work, keep the house functional, love your kids endlessly…
But inside? You’re exhausted. Wired and tired. Snapping at the people you love.
Maybe you cry in the car sometimes. Or pour a glass of wine just to numb the buzz in your brain.
If that’s you — I see you.
Because a few years ago… that was me too.
After the birth of my son in 2018, something in me shifted. I didn’t bounce back. I didn’t feel like myself. The stress crept in slowly and then suddenly I was in a constant state of fear, worry, and overwhelm. I couldn’t switch off. I couldn’t relax. I wasn’t coping — even though from the outside, I looked like I was.
We were living overseas with no family support. I was working full-time. I didn’t tell anyone how much I was struggling. And when I finally opened up to my GP, I was given antidepressants. They helped a little… but they didn’t touch the root of what was really going on.
Sound familiar?
I tried counselling through the public system. Then CBT privately. I kept searching for something that would help — but nothing truly shifted. And all the while, I kept thinking: Why can’t I just feel better? Why can’t I cope like everyone else seems to?
It wasn’t until years later, after returning home to Ireland, that things finally came to a head. The stress of starting over, grieving the loss of my dad, raising small kids, and trying to keep it all together — it became too much. I broke. And in breaking, I finally reached out in a new way.
That’s when I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD.
And for the first time in years, I felt seen. The anxiety, the anger, the panic, the people-pleasing, the snapping, the spiralling thoughts — it all made sense.
I wasn’t broken.
My brain was stuck in survival mode — and it had been for a long, long time.
That diagnosis changed my life. But what transformed it was Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).
RTT helped me get beneath the surface of my stress. It helped me uncover and rewire the beliefs and patterns that were holding me back — the subconscious loops that kept telling me I wasn’t safe, wasn’t enough, wasn’t allowed to rest or receive help.
And once I started healing those beliefs… everything else began to shift.
💚 That’s Why I Now Help Mothers Like You
I became a certified RTT Hypnotherapist because I don’t want another woman to silently suffer the way I did — thinking she just needs to “try harder” or “be more grateful.”
You don’t need to push through.
You don’t need to pretend you’re okay.
And you definitely don’t need to do it alone.
If you feel like you’re drowning in the juggle — motherhood, work, anxiety, guilt, stress — and you know something has to change… I’m here.
You can feel like you again. Calm, confident, clear.
RTT can help you get there.

MY QUALIFICATIONS
I have completed Certificates in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Hypnotherapy, developed by the multi-award winner and renowed RTT therapist, Marisa Peer. RTT is an innovative and dynamic approach to Hypnotherapy, which combines; psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, NLP and neuroscience. This approach enables women to get to the root cause of their problems and to transform their limiting beliefs by re-wiring the neuro pathways in the brain. Our minds are the most powerful tool we have, we just need to learn how to use it to create the results we want in our lives.
I also completed Thinking into Results, a Leadership and Mindset course with the ProctorGallagher Institute, based in the USA. In addition, I obtained a Masters in Career Development with Edith Cowan University in Australia. Prior to this, I acheieved my Bachelor degree in Sociology and Social Policy with Queens University in Belfast and a BTEC Diploma in Social Care studies in Dublin, Ireland. I am a lifelong learner and invest in my ongoing personal and professional development. I love researching and reading and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others.
MY Soul Purpose
My mission is to ensble Mums to go from being in survial mode, feeling fear and anxiety to feeling calm, clear and in control. I support Mum’s in their post-natal mental health journey. As a working mum of two young children, I understand the pressures and challenges this presents for women who are juggling motherhood, their mental health and a career! I help women to respond (not react) positively to change. I enable you to see challenges as opportunities to grow and to flourish in your life.
Mothers are the corner stone in every family and community. We must take responsibility for our own mental health. Stop suffering in silence, step into your power and into the light.
“We each have a light within us waiting to guide us home. Our Soul Purpose is to shine this unique light in a way that only we can. As each one of us lights up, we will effortlessly spark something in another and rise up together”, Light is the new Black, Rebecca Campbell.
