My story
🌿 For the Mum Who wants to feel calmer, more present and in control🌿
I’m a mum of two amazing kids, and like so many parents of neurodiverse children, our journey hasn’t been straightforward. When my son was diagnosed as Autistic and ADHD, with a PDA (Persistent Drive for Autonomy) profile, I had to learn a whole new way of understanding the world through his eyes.
PDA is a nervous system disability that keeps a child’s brain in a constant state of fight, flight, or fawn. Everyday demands can feel like threats, and what they need most is safety, connection, and regulation.
Last summer, everything changed when my seven-year-old went into autistic burnout. Almost overnight, my happy, active, social little boy couldn’t attend school, struggled with sensory overload, and found even leaving the house overwhelming. It was heartbreaking and confusing, and I felt completely lost.
I threw myself into learning everything I could about PDA, adapting our home life, and shifting my parenting approach to one of low demand and deep compassion. Slowly, with time, patience, and understanding, my son began to recover.
That experience changed me. It taught me the power of nervous system regulation, mindset, and emotional resilience. It also showed me how lonely and isolating this journey can feel for mums who are trying to hold everything together.
Now, I combine my lived experience with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and coaching to support other mums of neurodiverse children. My mission is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported, and to remind you that your wellbeing matters too. You deserve to feel calm, grounded, and emotionally strong, not just for your child, but for you.
If any part of my story resonates with you, please know you’re not alone. There is a way to feel calmer, more grounded, and supported as you navigate this journey.
If you’re ready to take that first step towards feeling more balanced and supported, I’m here to help you every step of the way.

MY Soul Purpose
My mission is to empower Mothers of neurodiverse children, to go from being in survial mode, to feeling calm, clear and in control. As a working mum of two young children, I understand the pressures and challenges this presents for women who are juggling motherhood, their mental health and a career! I help women to respond (not react) positively to change. I enable you to see challenges as opportunities to grow and to flourish in your life.
Mothers are the corner stone in every family and community. Parenting a neurodiverse child is a whole other extra layer of parenting and demands. We must take responsibility for our own mental health. Stop suffering in silence, step into your power and into the light.
“We each have a light within us waiting to guide us home. Our Soul Purpose is to shine this unique light in a way that only we can. As each one of us lights up, we will effortlessly spark something in another and rise up together”.
Light is the new Black, Rebecca Campbell.
