What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

RTT is a results-driven therapy that blends Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, CBT, NLP and Neuroscience. Developed by the award winning RTT Therapist Marisa Peer, it works by uncovering and reprogramming the root cause of emotional blocks and limiting beliefs—creating long-lasting transformation.

How A Session Works:

  1. Initial Consultation – online on Zoom - 20-30 min (review of questionnaire to identify main goal for RTT session)

  2. RTT Hypnosis Session - 2-3 hours in person-or or via online on Zoom

    (deep work using RTT tools)

  3. Personalised Transformation Recording: 20 mins (listen daily for 21 days)

  4. Follow up support: Check-in call/email 1 week after the session.

About Me:

I’m Sylvia Kelly—an accredited ACCPH/RTT Hypnotherapist who trained with the renowed RTT Therapist, Marisa Peer in London. With qualifications in RTT and Hypnotherapy, as well as a background in career development (Masters Degree), mental health first aid, and trauma-informed practices, I offer a compassionate, solution-focused approach to emotional healing. In addition, I have lived experience of burnout and have been on my own journey of healing and recovery.
